Elderly Assist Limited is seeking honest, energetic and reliable contractors to work with the elderly as they move home.  You will need your own transport and be available to work near the area you live in Auckland on a casual, part-time basis. Applicants must be prepared to have a police and credit check undertaken once they have submitted an application.

CURRENT VACANCIES

Downsizing and Decluttering Assistants

We are looking for general contractors to assist the elderly downsize and declutter their home as they prepare to move to a smaller home.  You will be fully trained and work with other contractors in the Auckland area.  Hours can be negotiated as will rates of pay.  We try to give you assignments near your home.  If you are asked to travel a long way from your home we will compensate you for travel costs.  

We are looking for individuals who are kind and compassionate who have good listening and negotiation skills.  Your previous career isn’t as important as your willingness to retrain and your honesty and integrity.

Packers

We are recruiting experienced packers who have worked in the removal industry or packing generally.  You will work alongside our Downsizing and Decluttering Assistants and there is room for promotion into this role.

You need to be willing to undertake a Police and Credit Check and any other employment checks we find necessary.

We can drive you to Retirement Villages to tour their facilities and accommodation and meet their staff.
